In 2016 we set out to create a restaurant that crafts clean delicious fare with sustainable, nutritious ingredients. We wanted to inspire a healthy diet. Yet as our conversations around the restaurant continued, we saw that we valued Southern traditions as well as modern techniques. So now we have come together to create a place where people can enjoy Contemporary Southern Dishes that find their roots in the regional Lowcountry.

One of the best ways to feature the traditional dishes of the South is to start with the best quality products available to us. We proudly serve fresh, never frozen, Naked Grass-Fed Beef. We use only All-Natural Pastured Pork that is 100% free of added hormones or antibiotics. Our poultry is fresh, Free-Range Chicken and Cage-Free Eggs that are free of any added hormones or antibiotics. Our seafood is wild caught, domestic, sustainable seafood that is fresh off the boat. and never imported.
